Skilled Pipefitter / Plumber – Cambridge Area

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter / Plumber to join our growing team on a full-time basis in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson looking to take the next step in their career as we enter an exciting pipeline of new projects for 2026.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in pipefitting and plumbing across commercial and residential environments together with relevant trade qualifications
• Ability to read and work from drawings and specifications
• Confident installing, testing, and commissioning pipework systems to a high standard
• Experience working with a variety of materials (e.g. copper, stainless, HDPE, plastic systems)
• Good awareness of site safety and industry best practice and holds a trade specific CSCS card
• Ideally holds a current gas qualification (domestic or commercial), though not essential for the right candidate
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Domestic/Commercial Gas Engineer
We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic/commercial gas engineer to join our small works/maintenance division covering Cambridge and surrounding areas. Candidates should be conversant with heating & plumbing systems, capable of working independently and have good communication skills. HVAC experience is preferred however would consider someone with experience of a similar role within the industry.
As a skilled domestic/commercial gas engineer you will be required to carry out the following:
– Ability to work un-supervised.
– Carry out scheduled servicing.
– PPM & reactive maintenance.
– Carry out all minor/remedial works.
– Good problem solving/troubleshooting.
– Complete (small/medium) installations.
– Read drawings.
– Good communication.
– Some testing and purging of larger systems for our contracts division.
